HOW TO DOWNLOAD THE TICKET

Please take a moment to check your SPAM/JUNK folder if you haven’t found the ticket email in your inbox.

Once you’ve completed a successful payment, an email titled “Your Kroniktickets order has been received” should arrive in your inbox within a few minutes. However, we’ve noticed that this email may occasionally end up in your JUNK/SPAM folder by mistake. If you happen to locate it there, please mark it as ‘not SPAM’ to ensure smooth and proper delivery.

Expect another email titled ‘Your “Jahutapola Colombo” Ticket(s) Here!’ to arrive in your inbox within a few seconds after receiving the order confirmation email. However, we’ve noticed that this email may occasionally end up in your JUNK/SPAM folder by mistake. Should you find the email there, kindly mark it as ‘not SPAM’ to ensure it’s delivered correctly.

To download the ticket PDF, simply click on the Download link icon provided in the attached PDF.

On the day of the event, please bring this PDF containing the QR code to scan at the entrance for validation and entry.
